Being a Talent and Succession Partner and follow through

The talent partner will oversee, support, manage and steer Coloplast’s global Talent Agenda; succession planning in a professional manner.


The Talent partner will:

  • Develop and grow our critical talent pipelines through business solutions by partnering with the business, leaders and HR Partners. You will be leading the business strategic talent project and ensure well-deployed pragmatic solutions in close partnership with HR Partners
  • Support and drive new talent and succession practices with HR Partners around monthly talent talks across all business areas 
  • Be a true talent partner connecting dots/bridge between the business and the talents by developing the global talent forum 
  • Contribute to shaping the new talent agenda and continue to simplify, develop practices around flow of talents
  • Drive the annual succession planning process, gather global succession trends and report at a global level incl. executive reporting with clear recommendations
  • Improve and drive our director assessment (and community) globally
  • Oversee and improve our external talent pipeline on VP+ level; streamline executive search process; partnering with HR Partner/Head-hunters/Acquisition partners and update our VP+ assessments

Furthermore, you: 

  • Have solid Talent management experience and competencies
  • Demonstrate strong expertise and facilitating/partnering skills within the field of talent management and partnering
  • Have experience in working with projects and stakeholders cross-borders
  • Know how to mobilize people, manage different stakeholders and drive change 
  • Master strong analytical skills and experience using people data strategically 
  • Are good at building relationships 
  • Have experience with working with Top Management, Executives and Board of Directors 
  • Have a collaborative and business-oriented mindset and approach
