About Early Career in Finance
Early Career in Finance is a two-year rotational development journey, consisting of three 8-month rotations, designed to build a strong foundation for future finance leaders at Coloplast. We are hiring three ‘Early Career in Finance’ Associates.

You will work on real business challenges, gain hands-on experience, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the value chain — combining technical finance expertise with strong business understanding.

Structure & rotations
All participants will start their journey in Corporate Finance at our HQ in Denmark, which represents the heart of Coloplast’s Finance organization and plays a critical role in driving performance, transparency, and decision-making across the company.

Corporate Finance at HQ includes Group Finance (e.g. Group Controlling & Reporting, Tax, Treasury), Commercial Finance (e.g. Performance Management) and Global Operations Finance.

Depending on individual development needs and business priorities, participants may complete one or two rotations within Corporate Finance across these teams.

In addition, it includes a Business Unit (BU) Finance rotation, where you will gain hands-on experience in a business-facing finance role. Divisions include Chronic Care, Interventional Urology, Wound & Tissue Repair and Voice & Respiratory Care. The BU Finance rotation can be based in Denmark or internationally, providing flexibility while ensuring broad exposure to Coloplast’s global business.

An example of rotation journey could be:
1.    Corporate Finance – Commercial Finance / Performance Management (HQ)
2.    Corporate Finance – Group Controlling & Reporting (HQ)
3.    BU Finance – Wound & Tissue Repair (HQ or International)

What makes you a great fit
To apply, you should meet the following criteria:

•    A recent or upcoming master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (completed within the last year or by September 2026)
•    Fluency in English
•    Currently residing in Denmark

In addition, we are looking for candidates who:
•    Have a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn
•    Enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships
•    Can communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
•    Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

•    Duration: 24 months (3 × 8-month rotations)
