Join Coloplast as an Early Career Associate and embark on a unique 24 month rotational journey across three high impact global functions: Government Affairs & Patient Advocacy (GAPA), Market Access, and Pricing & Trade (P&T).

 

This is an opportunity to develop deep insights into global healthcare, gain hands on experience across markets, and build a strong foundation for a long term career in an international MedTech environment.


About the Program
The Early Career Associate program is structured around three 8 month rotations, designed to give you both strategic exposure and real life operational experience.

 

Rotation 1 – HQ (8 months)
Build a strong foundation in Coloplast’s global Payers & Evidence functions and develop core competencies within:
•    Stakeholder mapping
•    Pricing fundamentals
•    Policy tracking and analysis
•    Internal process navigation
•    Cross functional project collaboration

 

Rotation 2 – Subsidiary Placement (8 months)
Apply your skills in a real healthcare market and gain experience with:
•    Local healthcare systems and decision making structures
•    Engagement with authorities, payers, and patient organizations
•    Local pricing and reimbursement processes
•    Practical policy execution and market level collaboration

 

Rotation 3 – HQ (8 months)
Deepen your expertise and take ownership as you:
•    Lead independent projects
•    Translate market insights into HQ strategy
•    Strengthen understanding across GAPA, Market Access, and P&T
•    Prepare for a potential long term career at Coloplast


What You Will Learn

•    Translating system changes into business relevance

 

Pricing & Reimbursement
•    Core pricing logic and economic drivers
•    Supporting reimbursement cases and data collection
•    Applying global and local pricing frameworks

 

Government Affairs & Patient Advocacy
•    Navigating political and advocacy environments
•    Building relationships with authorities, policymakers, and patient groups
•    Understanding the broader societal role of Coloplast

 

Business Acumen
•    Cross functional project leadership
•    Internal process navigation
•    Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders


Your Responsibilities
As an Early Career Associate, you will:
•    Support and drive projects within pricing, policy, market access, and stakeholder engagement
•    Conduct analyses and deliver strategic insights
•    Collaborate with global HQ teams and local market teams
•    Engage with external stakeholders depending on project scope


Who You Are
We are looking for ambitious talent who is eager to learn, curious about healthcare systems, and motivated by working in a global, cross functional environment.

You bring:
•    A relevant master's degree (e.g., economics, political science, public health, business, international affairs, or similar)
•    Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
•    A proactive mindset and desire to work across countries and cultures
•    Fluency in English
