As an EHS Manager, you will drive initiatives that make safety an integral part of everyday life at our Humlebæk site.

At our Humlebæk site, you will join a dedicated team of 55 colleagues working diligently with environmental, occupational health, and safety matters across the organisation.

Driving the safety agenda and delivering tangible improvements
As EHS Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that promote a safe and sustainable work environment. You will collaborate closely with both management and employees to translate EHS strategies into concrete initiatives.


Your daily work will be a mix of strategic development, practical implementation, and ongoing dialogue with colleagues across the organisation.


Your varied range of tasks will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and international standards
  • Developing and implementing EHS strategies that foster a strong safety culture
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing preventative measures to minimise workplace hazards
  • Planning and delivering training programmes to ensure employees have the necessary EHS competencies
  • Monitoring and reporting EHS performance to drive continuous improvement

 

Your experience in EHS leadership
… and you have an analytical mindset that enables you to translate strategy into concrete solutions. In addition, you have experience in EHS management and understand how to create a safe and sustainable work environment. With your knowledge of compliance, risk assessment, and preventative occupational health initiatives, you can analyse challenges and turn strategy into action.

 

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • Have experience in EHS management, including compliance and risk management
  • Are familiar with Danish and international occupational health legislation as well as standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Are a strong communicator who can engage employees and ensure the successful implementation of safety initiatives
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken

 

It is an advantage if you have experience with EHS certifications, training, or internal audits, but this is not a requirement.
