Would you like to take on a pivotal leadership role in shaping Coloplast’s Global Supply Chain? 

We are looking for a new Director of Commercial Supply Chain to lead and develop our Commercial Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will drive excellence in delivery performance across our global organization, ensure best in class communication to key stakeholders and improve our commercial supply chain processes 

 

Welcome to Global Supply Chain 
You will join our Global Supply Chain Leadership team, consisting of seven other leaders, where you will play a key role in setting the overall direction for Coloplast’s Supply Chain. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain, you will work closely with senior leadership at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark. Here, we empower our leaders to lead with purpose. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our Global Operations and Commercial organizations. 

 

Ensure exceptional customer service to drive Coloplast’s growth and success 
As the leader of the Commercial Supply Chain organization, you will be part of a high-performing, globally focused group responsible for delivery performance, and acting as the central communication hub between operations and commercial stakeholders. You will lead three Business Area Managers and the Supply Chain Analytics team, which includes Head of Supply Chain Analytics and six specialists. These teams oversee processes, impacting nearly 90% of Coloplast’s revenue base. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading, developing, and motivating the Commercial Supply Chain department to ensure continuous improvement in people and processes. 
  • Owning delivery performance for Coloplast’s total business (excluding Interventional Urology and CCP), ensuring consistent service levels. 
  • Building strong relationships with the Commercial Sales organization and Finance, serving as a key liaison on all delivery-related matters. 
  • Driving performance management and reporting to top management and subsidiaries. 
  • Guiding crisis management efforts and ensuring effective prioritization of production plans. 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across functions to improve systems, processes, and supply chain outcomes.

With strong leadership skills and extensive experience in commercial supply chain management, you are a natural collaborator with a customer-centric mindset. We imagine that you: 

  • Have a relevant academic background in supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field. 
  • Have proven success in implementing global processes and performance management in complex organizations. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. 
  • Have a holistic business perspective and can balance short-term problem-solving with long-term planning. 
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal. 

 

Some travel will be required to our manufacturing sites, primarily in Hungary. You can expect approximately 10–20 travel days per year.
