Do you have experience with media activation and want to use your skills within clinical studies and evidence dissemination? Would you like to be responsible for attracting people to participate in clinical studies for a medical device market leader? And do you want to work for a company that makes a real difference to people with intimate health care needs?

Become part of key team
In Medical Affairs, we are executing clinical investigations within our Chronic Care and Wound Care portfolios worldwide. Our clinical agenda is growing, we are developing more clinically differentiated products, and with this, the need for larger clinical studies is critical – as it is to have platforms to disseminate our evidence.

“To ensure we can recruit the right number of patients into our studies, we are developing a modern digital platform for patient recruitment and retention. It is crucial for Coloplast’s strategic goals to succeed with our larger clinical studies” says VP Medical Affairs, Nazarena Mazzaro. “We have tested our new platform with fantastic results and are ready to professionalise, scale up and expand the application of our solution now” says Christian Balling, Digital Strategy Lead, Medical Affairs.

Ensure successful recruitment and retention of patients in clinical studies
As a Digital Lead, you will help establishing and driving our digital strategy for recruitment and retention of patients in studies, in close collaboration with colleagues in our Medical Affairs, Media Activation and Digital Platform teams. This is a newly established position in our department, so you will have the opportunity to influence the role and responsibilities.

We are at the early stages of defining how we can attract people to participate in our clinical studies, and you will play a key role in the journey. Ultimately, your work will help providing patients, doctors and nurses with the best possible health care and treatment solutions.

More specifically, you will:
• Contribute to drive the patient recruitment strategy for our clinical studies.
• Develop and drive the patient retention strategy for our larger Clinical Performance Programmes
• Help with advertising material for recruitment and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to ensure international patient recruitment.
• Secure adherence to current regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
• Handle and secure outcome of the recruitment/retention initiatives

Experience with digital platforms and media activation.
• You have a couple of years’ experiences in media activation and/or digital patient recruitment and retention strategies from the pharma or MedTech industry.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and strategic capabilities.
• You are innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with overall business acumen.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You have Project Management skills

As you will drive your own projects in cooperation with many stakeholders, it is essential that you have a structured approach to your work and the ability to keep momentum going. Your good interpersonal skills help you to build relationships and collaborate effortlessly with internal and external partners.

Interested?
At Coloplast, we make sure that you can be you. That is why we encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief or marital status.
