Join the Digital Pioneers working with Digital Health 
You will be part of our Digital Customer Solutions at our HQ in Humlebæk and will work alongside a group of digital masters with a global outlook. Here, you and your colleagues dedicated to our customer-facing digital solutions, will work together to develop services that make it easier for our customers to gain access to their products, and empower them to take control and help them by lightning the administrative burden.

“Your role as our new PO will take on the challenge of lifting our web platform to the next level and to deliver a groundbreaking electronic prescription platform for nurses in the US You will be providing users and nurses with the best digital services that empower and support them in their everyday,” Dan continues. 


Improve customer engagement through digital presence
You will play an important role in fulfilling Coloplast’s ambitions of making Digital a commercial enabler. Thus, you will lead development of our prescription and consumer website initiatives by collecting data and input from our end-users, Consumer program and HCP sales teams, and subsidiaries. 
Working with our Consumer solutions, you will be responsible for the product strategy, development, and collaboration with our partners in the organization ensuring impact and business value is reached when features are launched. 

We work in a fully scaled agile set-up with a 10-week cadence, where your will be the PO within your own development team, ranging from UX and design to front- and back-end developers. Your daily sparring partners will be our commercial partners and subsidiaries, nurses, and patients (customers), a UX’er, Scrum Master and Solution Architect. As such, you will go from discussing user needs and understand the challenges of a specific pathology one day to discussing an integration with your solution architect the next.

If a day-to-day, where one moment you could be in deep conversation about how to improve customer engagement and retention to the next moment discussing commercial KPIs and Azure microservices is a challenge you would like to take on than this is the job for you. More specifically, you:

  • Develop customer solutions (Episerver) on websites to empower patients and support nurses
  • Guide our digital and marketing managers in subsidiaries in the usage of our digital products
  • Extract and interpret data from various sources to develop solutions to grow the business
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as IT and marketing, to develop and refine user stories 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for performance


Experienced Product Owner 
You have a strong commercial understanding and thrive in an environment with digital entrepreneurship. Also, you have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to make things happen. Furthermore, a structured, data-driven, and analytical approach will help you interpret data and transform it into concrete digital services.


Moreover, you:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience working with mobile app product ownership. 
  • Preferably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within e-business, IT, digital innovation, or marketing/communication, but it is not a requirement.
  • Strong business understanding and commercial mindset with a flair for technology.
  • Are fluent in English, in both speech and writing – Danish is not a prerequisite.
