I am looking for an essential addition to this special team based in the Global Innovation unit at the Coloplast headquarters. You will join the Branding & Design team of 12 talented and dedicated souls -design project managers, design managers, brand managers, graphic designers, and DTP specialists in Poland.

You will be responsible for driving the digital design agenda with me, our senior design manager, and Digital ninjas across the company. This collaboration is achieved through design-thinking, creative project management and setting UI design direction for our digital design system under the umbrella of our existing CVI.


For this job you will:
Be a central part of setting the direction for the digital design and brand experience for Coloplast’s digital user journey. This role holds a high responsibility of ensuring that Coloplast sets the right direction by consulting external- and internal digital creators to uplift the organization to a much higher level. This position is of strategic importance to Coloplast. We want to reach our high ambitions in delivering high standards for our digital brand experience as a platform for our products, services, and purpose of making life easier for people with healthcare problems.


Your main tasks will be to:

  • Improve customer engagement through digital presence and play an essential role in fulfilling Coloplast’s ambitions of making digital a business enabler
  • Drive the digital design agenda to help teams heighten digital standards by advocating for a strong brand and user experience
  • Provide sparring and design guidance for product owners and external digital designers
  • Set UI design direction for further developing our Digital Design System in collaboration with our digital suppliers and based on current and future digital projects and solutions
  • Think outside of the box to optimize how digital design decisions can have a maximum effect through the design system, and at the same time, have a clear understanding of the implications and co-dependencies in the digital choices we make
  • Inspire and guide different business profiles and functions, to create excitement and followership on our digital journey towards success!


What great looks like:

  • A practical, visionary within the creative field and able to stay updated on contemporary trends while creating long-term design solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships both internally and externally
  • A convincing communicator; both in educating on design and the presentation of ideas and concepts
  • Structured in your approach to tasks and with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work intuitively and iteratively, from prototype to high fid- design

The basics:  

  • Five years of experience within the creative field (Art Direction, Digital Design, Design Management)
  • Fluent in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar software to Sketch – our Digital Design System and lead digital design agency work in Figma
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (reading/writing and speaking)
  • You have a solid commercial understanding as well as being able to multitask daily and the ability to work independently


Travel up to <20 days is expected (Post Covid-19).
