Development Manager – Supply Chain Development

Would you like to play a key role in shaping the future setup of Coloplast’s global supply chain?

In Global Supply Chain, we are executing an ambitious transformation agenda with an increasing focus on digital capabilities, data, and AI-enabled ways of working. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager who can combine strong supply chain expertise with an interest in how processes need to evolve to support these advancements.

By strengthening how our processes, systems, and operating models are designed, you will help ensure that Coloplast continues to build a scalable, well-connected, and future-ready supply chain.

Become part of a team driving supply chain transformation

You will be based at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark and be part of Global Supply Chain. Here, you will join our Supply Chain Development team with experienced colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden, the UK and Germany.

The team plays a key role in shaping and driving the evolution of Coloplast’s global supply chain. We work across functions to establish strong process foundations, ensure system alignment, and support the adoption of new digital and data-driven capabilities across the organization.

Shape the foundation for AI-enabled supply chain processes

In this role, you will work at the intersection of supply chain processes, digital capabilities, and project execution. A key focus will be to ensure that processes are designed in a structured, scalable way that enables AI, automation, and better decision-making.

You will play an important role in setting initiatives up for success – ensuring clear scope, strong process design, and alignment across systems and stakeholders from the outset.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and improving end-to-end supply chain processes with a focus on standardization, data quality, and AI readiness
  • Leading and driving supply chain development initiatives from early concept through implementation
  • Supporting enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment on process design, system usage, and digital/AI enablement
  • Establishing clarity on how initiatives fit into the overall supply chain setup, including governance and decision rights
  • Acting as a key link between Supply Chain, IT, Operations, Quality and other functions to translate business needs into scalable and future-ready solutions
  • Facilitating workshops, shaping decision material, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders

You bring strong supply chain depth with a digital and AI mindset

We are looking for a colleague with solid experience from global supply chain environments, combined with a clear interest in how AI and data can improve processes and decision-making.

You are comfortable navigating complexity and translating emerging digital opportunities into practical process improvements.

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science or similar
  • Have +4 years of relevant experience within supply chain development, process design, or similar roles in global organizations
  • Have a solid project management toolbox and a proven track record of leading change in a global organization
  • Bring strong end-to-end supply chain process understanding and insight into how processes are supported by systems (planning tools, ERP, MES, etc.)
  • Have experience working closely with IT and Operations to connect process design with system capabilities
  • Have a strong interest in AI, data, and automation, and understand the importance of structured processes as a foundation for these capabilities
  • Are confident facilitating workshops, structuring complex topics, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Are fluent in English

Please note that due to the summer holiday period, response times in the recruitment process may be slightly longer than usual.
