Development Manager– Supply Chain Development

Would you like to play a key part in shaping the future supply chain of Coloplast? In Global Supply Chain, we are executing on an ambitious global supply chain agenda and are looking for a talented and driven Development Manager to help bring our key strategic initiatives to life.

As a Supply Chain Development Manager, you will lead one or more of our global supply chain projects, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive end-to-end improvements across our global network, owning project delivery from concept to implementation.

By shaping the future of our Supply Chain processes and systems, you will help ensure that our products reach the people who rely on them – ultimately enabling Coloplast to continue making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

Become part of a new team

You will be based at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark and be part of Supply Chain Excellence. Here, you will join our Supply Chain Development team of experienced Supply Chain Development Managers based in Denmark, Sweden, UK and Germany. Together, we are responsible for execution of all supply chain development and transformation initiatives and projects.

In this team, we drive meaningful change across Coloplast, always with our end users in mind. We work closely across the organization to deliver improvements that last. You will join us at an exciting time as the team is still taking shape, with plenty of room to influence and contribute.

Make lasting impact

The overall scope for your role will be to handle supply chain transformation initiatives and support enterprise-wide programs as a supply chain representative.

In a classic project management role, you will get to use your entire project management toolbox and manage a range of stakeholders, as you lead project execution as the link between our Supply Chain organization, DD&IT and external suppliers. This also entails presenting to upper management, facilitating workshops with the project participants and acting as the link between Operations and DD&IT.

You bring a proven track record of delivering projects in a global organization

We are looking for a colleague who can bring energy to a diverse group of project contributors and is able to bring people together and ensure project progress. With a holistic and collaborative approach, you are able to manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels of an organization. Finally, we imagine that you:

•    Hold a master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
•    Have + 2 years of full-time experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering transformation programs or projects in global organizations
•    Have a solid change project management toolbox and profound experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
•    Have an extensive interest in systems and the ability to deep dive into technical details – and bridge processes and systems.
•    Possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes and related systems (planning systems, ERP, MES, etc.)
•    Experience or strong curiosity in leveraging AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve processes and decision-making
•    Are fluent in English
