Would you like to help leaders make better decisions by turning performance data into clear, actionable insights? And are you ready to take ownership of defined analyses, reporting products and improvement initiatives?

Then this is your chance to develop your expertise in Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) performance management and analytics, with room to grow into an influential performance and insights role – all while working at a company dedicated to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

Join the department that connects performance and strategy
You will join our Strategy, Performance and Portfolio department within DD&IT, based in Humlebæk.
Here, you will work at the intersection of strategy execution, performance management and operational improvement. Working closely with leaders, finance -and data specialists, you will help improve how we measure, understand and communicate performance across DD&IT.

Connect the dots between strategy and results
Your work will range from translating leadership questions into meaningful KPIs to developing sustainable reporting solutions. By connecting operational, financial, portfolio and strategy execution perspectives, you will help create transparency, identify opportunities for improvement and provide decision-ready insights that support our strategic priorities.
Over time, you will also contribute to establishing a consistent and trusted performance management approach that helps DD&IT focus resources and investments where they create the most value.
