Are you passionate about making a difference for users with intimate healthcare needs? And do you know how to tailor web content with excellent attention to detail and in flawless English? Help us – we are launching a new consumer website globally.

Join us as Content Manager in the Digital Marketing & Demand Generation team, part of newly established Customer Experience team. You will play an important part in helping make a difference for our users through the content you create.

In Digital Marketing & Demand Generation we generate user demand and manage website experience. Your new team consists of 20 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and in Poland with activities spanning more than 20 markets.

You will be working across multiple departments, both at HQ and internationally. You will be developing digital and web copy tailored to our users and platform, driving performance across the customer journey. As we’re operating in a highly regulated industry, you need to be creative and work within the framework provided.

Can you create engaging SEO content that drives results within the space of intimate health?
As a Content Manager, your primary job will be to create copy for a new website launch. Your content is strategically important to various digital activations and play an important role in reaching our consumers. SEO experience is an advantage, as you’ll work on articles for different markets, helping improve our ambitious organic search ambition. As you’re working with intimate healthcare, we expect you to be able to communicate in an empathic and trustworthy manner. You will be expected to listen to both user and market needs and consolidate this into content that bridges user value and performance.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Owning and developing digital copy for a new website to lift user experience
  • Writing copies for articles that are fit for websites (SEO) and ecommerce
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to turn user behavior into the right content
  • Driving the approval process for your copy with Regulatory Affairs
  • Continuously keep up with and identify needs and potential for new or updated content
  • Be the expert within the team for written content in the digital space, sharing your knowledge to facilitate learning

Digital copywriter working smoothly within a regulated field
First and foremost, you are an experienced copywriter, who knows how to tailor your message. You enjoy translating complex matters around clinical knowledge, claims and sensitive needs into trustworthy, engaging writing that helps users in their journey.

You have experience working in project teams across functions, meeting stakeholder needs and taking responsibility for your role in the project. You also enjoy and are capable of taking on the role as subject matter expert for digital copy, as your success relies on your ability to be both proactive and thorough.

We imagine you:

  • have proven experience within copywriting for websites, ecommerce across formats and channels,
  • know how to work within larger, ideally international, organizations
  • hold a relevant degree
  • have experience writing compelling content within complex fields with regulatory demands
  • speak and write English effortlessly. Danish is not a pre-requisite.
  • have a team player mentality with good facilitation, project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong collaboration with product marketing and digital platforms are key.
  • see a motivation in becoming part of a purpose-driven company, where respect and listening to our users are key
  • experience within healthcare is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
