Do you want to make a difference through customer-centric content? And do you know how to tailor web content with excellent attention to detail and value for the audience? Then we are looking for you.

 
Join us as Content Manager in the Digital Marketing & Content team, part of Customer Experience here at Coloplast. In this role you will drive content designed to help our end-users navigate life with intimate healthcare needs and medical devices as part of it. 


You will get to create digital content that starts with user behaviour and needs, and work with our entire portfolio of products and services to solve for them, and you will be working across multiple departments, both at HQ and internationally.


Your new team consists of 6 colleagues, representing 4 nationalities, and is focused on creating value-driving digital experiences through websites, marketing automation, SEO and content. You will also be part of a larger team +20 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and in Poland with activities spanning more than 20 markets and all the key elements of digital marketing.


As we’re operating in a highly regulated industry, you need to excel at creating within constraints.


Can you create engaging SEO content that drives results within the space of intimate health?
As a Content Manager, your primary job will be to create content for digital channels, including a new website launch. Your content is strategically important to digital activation and plays an important role in reaching our end-users. SEO experience is an advantage, and as you are working with intimate healthcare, we expect you to be able to communicate in an empathic and trustworthy manner. 


You will be expected to listen to both user and market needs and be able to translate medical evidence and product technologies into user-centric communication.


Your key responsibilities will be:


-    Owning and developing digital content to lift user experience
-    Writing copy and choosing layout and rich media fit for websites (SEO) and digital platforms
-    Collaborating with your colleagues to turn user behavior into the right content
-    Driving the approval process for your copy with Regulatory and Medical Affairs
-    Collaborating with customer experience, marketing and IT colleagues on direction and execution
-    Following content performance and developing plans for optimization
-    Together with your team, continuously build and set the direction for what good, user-centric content looks like in the digital space, sharing your knowledge to facilitate learning


Digital Content Manager working smoothly within a regulated field 
First and foremost, you are an experienced copywriter and content manager, who knows how to tailor your message and create content in context. You enjoy translating complex matters around clinical knowledge, claims and sensitive needs into trustworthy, engaging pieces that help users in their journey.

    
You have experience working in project teams across functions, meeting stakeholder needs and taking responsibility for your role in the project. You also enjoy and are capable of taking on the role as subject matter expert for digital content, as your success relies on your ability to be both proactive and thorough.

 
We would like for you to:  
•    have proven experience within copywriting and content creation for digital channels, including longer-form web content
•    have a relevant degree
•    know how to work within larger, ideally international, organizations
•    have experience creating compelling content within complex fields with regulatory demands 
•    be no stranger to using AI as a sparring partner and efficiency creator in copywriting, while staying true to human empathy and insight.
•    be able to speak and write English effortlessly. Danish is not a pre-requisite.
•    have a team player mentality with good facilitation, project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong collaboration with product marketing and digital platforms is crucial. 
•    see a motivation in becoming part of a purpose-driven company, where respect and listening to our users are key


Experience within healthcare, medtech or lifescience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
