Among others, the Consumer Services team designs, develops, and implements these engagement programs from a global level, in close collaboration with our local consumer teams across the world.

Located at our HQ in Humlebæk (DK), you will be part of a commercially minded team working to drive user growth, value, and retention. Here, you will drive the implementation of a series of automated marketing activities (primarily email), working with great colleagues specialized in intimate health conditions, CRM, digital applications, commercial processes, and much more. Together, we support our local consumer teams around the world in realizing our ambitions. 


Implement and maintain automated end-user programs
As Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and continued maintenance of current engagement programs. Supporting users in making their lives easier, the programs range from time-based to trigger-based touch points across educational lifestyle content, user surveys, and purchase-related notifications.

You will primarily drive the implementation and ongoing performance management of +5 global, automated e-mail programs in new countries in close collaboration with our technical marketing automation product owner and our CRM/data owner – both situated in HQ, our marketing automation specialists situated in Poland, and our local consumer engagement representatives who are eager to further engage our end-users – across subsidiaries in e.g., France, Germany, Australia, Canada, USA, and more. You will also be supporting the alignment with the overall user experience locally, i.e., related phone support, offline materials, and more. You will be responsible for engaging in an ongoing dialogue with our subsidiaries on how the programs can really make a difference for the end user and the business alike. You are responsive to needs/requests from our local colleagues and have a commercial, service-minded approach to any collaboration. Your focus on business outcomes and impact of new implementations will be essential to success in the role. 


More specifically, you: 

  • Plan and drive the implementation and performance management of +5 global, automated e-mail programs – from segmentation of audiences to triggering email flows and identifying best practice and performance benchmarks, in collaboration with local subsidiaries and global digital teams (in Denmark and Poland).
  • Implement scalable processes and solutions that can easily be adapted locally, across subsidiaries, to create reportable impact.
  • Understand and educate colleagues globally and locally in data and CRM needs necessary for our marketing automation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with local subsidiaries and marketing automation specialists to improve and maintain performance of our global programs.
  • Collect insights from stakeholders across the organization and ongoingly evaluate local ideas.


You are an experienced Marketeer 
You have a strong marketing background and commercial understanding, and you thrive in an ambitious and fast-paced environment. You are compassionate and driven by a curiosity to understand the needs of our end-users and support them on their journey. You have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to make things happen. 
Experience related to marketing automation/ e-mail flows is important. 


In addition, the below skills improve your chance of success:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree within relevant field, e.g., business, digital innovation, or marketing/communication.
  • +3 years of experience within marketing/communications, e-mail marketing, customer journey mapping, etc. in an international setting.
  • Experience with e-mail automation (e.g. Eloqua) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work on a strategic/conceptual level, while getting into the details of content, processes, performance numbers, and project plans.
  • Strong communicator – verbally and written.
  • Team player with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are fluent in English in both speech and writing – Danish is not a prerequisite.
  • Have a strong eye for details and collaborate equally well with developers/digital specialists as with the business.


Travel of app. 15 days is to be expected (post COVID-19).
