Commercial Excellence Manager – MedTech (Salesforce Focus)
Location: Humlebæk | Travel: 30-50 days/year

Are you passionate about driving commercial impact and leading strategic initiatives across global markets? We're looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join our Chronic Care team—someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and commercial execution.
'Key Responsibilities:
• Lead key commercial implementation projects that shape the way we go to market and deliver value to patients and healthcare systems.
• Own and drive the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process across all Chronic Care markets, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local execution.
• Own and drive Commercial Agenda implementation and (pending final decision) take ownership of our strategy implementation tracking, ensuring focus, transparency, and accountability across teams.
• Lead our Sales Productivity reporting cycle, turning data into actionable insights that maximize field impact and drive results.
• Act as the voice of Chronic Care to DDIT, prioritizing reporting and analytics needs to ensure we’re equipped with the right tools and insights to move forward.
What You Bring:
• Experience: 5+ years in business process management or similar, ideally in MedTech, healthcare, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing senior commercial leaders using data
• Strong experience in commercial excellence, business planning, or strategy execution—preferably within medtech, pharma, or a similarly complex global industry.
• Exceptional project leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions and actions.
• Experience working with or managing reporting tools and processes (e.g., sales dashboards, KPIs).
• Comfort navigating matrix organizations and working across diverse geographies and functions.
