We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager with focus on Price & Tender Excellence within International Markets region (IM). IM is a dynamic region with an ambitious growth agenda. We are currently looking for a candidate that will be responsible for Price & Tender processes and creating insights, alongside other commercial tasks.

 

You will report to Director of Commercial Development in IM and will be part of an international, high-performing team, in one of the most vibrant and diverse sales regions in the company. 

 

Responsibilities
Working closely with our markets and Global functions your role will be to ensure our uplift price & tender strategy.  

 

Your main responsibility will be to:

 

  • Establish local and regional pricing governance and processes and roll out across the region together with Global function
  • Drive pricing initiatives to optimise channel- and customer-specific pricing in collaboration with local teams and our global Pricing & Trade function
  • Continuously analyse price developments and establish a structured tracking process
  • Map key tenders and help optimise local tender processes and strategies
  • Act as a business partner to the International Markets leadership team and help raise the bar for our pricing ambitions
  • Develop frameworks for tender and pricing and support local implementation and execution

 

Professional Experience

We envision that you bring a combination of the following elements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or business analytical role supporting commercial functions in an international organization, preferably pharmaceutical or medical devices
  • University degree within business management or related field 
  • Solid project management skills 
  • An extensive and very solid analytical toolbox
  • Super user of Microsoft Office 
  • Experience in working across different countries and cultures
  • Ability and ambition to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English, Danish is not required
