We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen Sales Excellence across our International Markets (IM) region.
IM is a diverse, fast-moving region with ambitious growth targets. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how our frontline organization is steered, equipped, and enabled—using data, insights, and scalable commercial processes.
You will report to the Director of Commercial Development, IM and join a high-performing, international team at our HQ in Humlebæk.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the Sales Excellence agenda for International Markets, working closely with local market teams and Global functions to ensure sales force effectiveness and execution excellence.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing best-in-class sales force effectiveness processes, including Segmentation & Targeting, KPIs, and incentive schemes, in close collaboration with markets and Global functions
- Creating actionable insights into frontline performance to support decision-making and prioritization
- Driving implementation, adoption, and tracking of systems and technologies across IM, including a new sales enablement platform
- Supporting Global functions in shaping the sales force development agenda and rolling out capability-building programs across IM
- Facilitating best-practice sharing across countries
- Leading strategic projects and market deep dives (Sonar)
- Acting as a key connector between IM countries and Global functions
- Other Commercial Excellence projects and tasks, e.g. investment pipeline management and governance
Professional Experience
We envision that you bring a combination of the following:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, consulting, or analytical roles supporting commercial organizations—ideally within pharma or medical devices
- Strong academic background in business, economics, or a related field
- Very strong analytical toolbox with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced / super-user level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid hands-on experience in:
- Power BI
- Power Query
- Data modeling, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of working across geographies and cultures
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English (Danish not required)
