Project Description
As growth is a key strategic priority for Coloplast, we would like to explore opportunities for growth beyond the ostomy space. Today, Coloplast offers 27 supporting products that are primarily used to support people living with a stoma. However, we often receive questions about whether these products could also be used for other needs.

This project will explore the following key questions:
•    If we were to address needs beyond ostomy care, which business area(s) offers the greatest growth potential?
•    How large the market potential could be
•    Which potential business partners could support this opportunity?
•    What efforts are needed to address and pursue the opportunity?
