Project Description
Coloplast International Markets is exploring how to design and implement scalable self-service consumer models for Ostomy and/or Continence Care operable across diverse markets with varying levels of digital maturity - while ensuring optimal consumer outcomes, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As consumer expectations evolve and digital support becomes increasingly demanded, the opportunity to complement traditional service models with innovative self-service solutions is emerging.
This project will investigate consumer needs, adoption drivers, and market maturity differences, aiming to optimize the balance between digital self-service and personalized support. You will analyze current consumer engagement and existing service models, benchmark best practices from healthcare and related sectors, and assess the potential impact on consumer experience, engagement, retention, and cost efficiency.
Collaboration with key stakeholders across Coloplast's global organization and selected local markets will allow you to provide insights and recommendations that support future decisions on operating model design, capability development, and investment priorities.
