As Clinical Trial Sourcing & Contract Manager, you will play a central role in sourcing vendors  (e.g. CRO’s and SMO’s) and clinical sites to support our diverse portfolio of clinical studies. You will manage the sourcing process end-to-end, from identifying needs to negotiating the best solutions. Your expertise will ensure that clinical trials are executed efficiently and in alignment with Coloplast’s strategic goals.

  • Lead the vendor selection process,   including RFP (Request for Proposal) development, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders from Legal, Procurement,  Data Protection Office and Clinical Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional study teams to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuously optimize best practices in sourcing and contract management.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with strong sourcing skills and a desire to grow within contract management.

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or procurement.
  • Approximately 3+  years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the medtech, pharma, or clinical research industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to internal and external stakeholders and present data-driven insights effectively.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams and mentor colleagues when needed.

The department
You will join our Clinical Operations team, consisting of 20 dedicated colleagues, which is part of the Payers & Evidence organization. We plan and execute clinical studies for our Chronic Care and Wound Care portfolios. Our clinical work supports Coloplast’s strategic goals and plays a vital role in the company’s success. You’ll be part of an innovative and collaborative environment where your input will help shape the future of clinical trials.
