Chief of Staff, People & Culture
At Coloplast, we help people with intimate healthcare needs live with dignity and confidence. Behind that mission are more than 17,000 colleagues across the world, and we believe that creating a great people experience is essential to our success.
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to our Chief People Officer.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of People & Culture in one of the world’s leading medical device companies. Working as a close partner to the CPO, you will drive strategic priorities, lead critical transformation initiatives, and help strengthen the impact People & Culture delivers to the business.
Your impact
As Chief of Staff, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation and executive leadership. You will help translate People & Culture priorities into action and ensure that our initiatives create measurable value for employees, leaders and the business.
You will:
• Partner closely with the CPO on strategic priorities, leadership decisions and executive communication.
• Shape and drive the development of Coloplast’s global People & Culture strategy.
• Lead reviews of the People & Culture operating model, organisation design and workforce footprint.
• Build transparency through meaningful HR insights, KPIs and reporting.
• Drive execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, data and AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate alignment, collaboration and follow-through across the global People & Culture leadership team.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Strategy and the wider business.
What you bring
We imagine that you combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and enjoy working in fast-moving environments where complexity and ambiguity are part of the job.
You likely bring:
• Experience from management consulting, professional services or another highly analytical environment.
• Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams.
• A strong understanding of HR strategy, transformation, operating models or people analytics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in global and matrix organisations.
• Interest in technology, data and AI opportunities within People & Culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who combines intellectual curiosity with pragmatism and strong business judgement.
You are:
• Structured, analytical and outcome-oriented.
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders in a constructive way.
• A trusted confidant who operates with high integrity and discretion.
• Calm and effective in complex environments with shifting priorities.
• Passionate about people, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
• Motivated by Coloplast’s purpose and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Why join Coloplast?
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of People & Culture at Coloplast during an important period of transformation.
You will work directly with the Chief People Officer and influence strategic decisions that impact employees across our global organisation. At the same time, you will join a company with a strong purpose, ambitious growth plans and a culture built on collaboration, trust and accountability.
