CMF Industrial Designer - Crafting Meaning Through Colour, Material & Finish
Humlebæk, DK

Shape how products look, feel, and connect with people.
Do you see colour, material, and finish as more than aesthetics, but as a way to create meaning, trust, and emotional connection? At Coloplast, we design products for people living with deeply personal medical conditions. As part of our Product Development team, you will help define how our products are perceived, experienced, and trusted in everyday use.
Our products are used daily by millions of people. This requires a thoughtful balance between brand expression, user needs, and manufacturing reality ensuring every CMF decision is both meaningful and feasible.
Your Role
As a CMF Designer, you will work across cross-functional teams from early concept through to production, typically across one to two projects at a time. You will translate user insights, brand principles, and product requirements into cohesive CMF directions, balancing aesthetics, usability, and manufacturability. Working closely with industrial designers, engineers, and suppliers, you will ensure CMF intent is realized with quality and consistency.
You will contribute to defining CMF frameworks, palettes, and material strategies, while collaborating across disciplines to ensure alignment and a coherent product expression. At times, you will actively manage stakeholders to align on vision and design direction, ensuring CMF decisions support both design intent and broader product objectives.
You will be surrounded by passionate colleagues who continuously refine and evolve our design language, grounded in our mission to create products that restore dignity and empower users.
