Leading the Nordic Wound and Tissue Repair organisation – consisting of a team of Sales Representatives, a Marketing Manager and a Senior Commercial Manager– you will have direct responsibility for the Danish team and work closely with distributors across the Nordic countries, to drive sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

You take full commercial ownership of the Nordic WTR business
As Business Unit Manager Nordics, you hold end-to-end responsibility for developing and growing the Wound and Tissue Repair business across the Nordic region. You define the strategic direction, ensure strong commercial execution and translate market opportunities into profitable and sustainable results.
Driving key partnerships across multiple healthcare systems, you will work strategically with Key Opinion Leaders, tender committees, procurement teams and wholesalers. Moreover, you will guide distributors in the Nordic Countries through tender processes, negotiate agreements and conduct regular performance reviews.
Some of your other areas of responsibility will be to:
- hold full P&L responsibility for the Nordic WTR business, including pipeline management, accurate forecasting and performance reporting
- develop and execute a Nordic growth strategy, including a clear plan for establishing and scaling the market for Kerecis – a company that joined the Coloplast family in 2023
- lead, coach and develop the team in Denmark to ensure delivery on sales targets, KPIs and aligned marketing initiatives
The role involves regular travel across Denmark and the Nordic countries.
An experienced commercial leader within medical device
You are comfortable taking full accountability for business performance and leading through clarity, structure and collaboration, while navigating complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders. Communicating clearly and confidently, you thrive in cross-functional collaboration and build strong, trust-based relationships both internally and externally.
With this background, you:
- have several years of experience in medical device sales, including leadership roles
- bring solid experience with P&L responsibility and driving growth in complex healthcare markets – preferably with wound care and experience from Nordic markets outside Denmark is an advantage
- have proven experience with tender strategy and execution, including wholesaler and distributor relationship management
- hold minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- are fluent in Danish and English, and have proficiency in other Nordic languages as a clear plus
