Located at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will become an integral part of the Ostomy Marketing team, which is responsible for setting the global direction for the Ostomy Care portfolio and bringing our global strategy to life across the world. We support both healthcare professionals in delivering the right care for their patients, and people with intimate healthcare needs to live life more freely.


Associate Marketing Manager Position
In this role, you will support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives for our market leading range of products and services. Working closely with colleagues in headquarters and across our markets, you will help drive impactful campaigns, support product launches, and contribute to growth initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in global marketing and collaborate with local subsidiaries, cross-functional teams, and external agencies. You will be part of the broader Global Product, Marketing & Development team, where collaboration and learning are key to success.


More specifically, you will:
•    Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and growth initiatives 
•    Collaborate with colleagues across HQ, markets, and external agencies to deliver marketing projects, activities, and events
•    Assist in preparing countries for product launches and support launch planning and readiness activities
•    Help develop marketing materials and ensure alignment with global brand and communication strategies
•    Gather and analyze market, customer, and performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
•    Contribute to best-practice sharing and strong collaboration with local subsidiaries


Passionate Marketing Professional
You are curious, proactive, and eager to develop your marketing capabilities in a global organization. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you enjoy working with different stakeholders and turning ideas into action. You have a structured approach, attention to detail, and are motivated by creating meaningful solutions that improve people's lives.
To be successful in this role, you bring both creativity and executional excellence, alongside a willingness to learn and grow in a strategic marketing environment.


Furthermore, you bring:
•    A master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
•    2–5 years of experience within marketing, brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role
•    Exposure to digital marketing and marketing campaign execution across online and offline channels
•    Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to generate insights and recommendations
•    A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across functions and cultures
•    A genuine interest in improving life for users and creating impactful solutions
•    Flexibility to travel approximately 10–15 days per year
•    Fluency in English is a must. Danish skills are not required
