Join the team that ensures our products are accessible to the world
At HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of Market Access with 8 colleagues, including market access managers, real world evidence managers and health economists. 


We’re committed to developing and securing data and arguments to demonstrate the value of our products towards patients, payers and health care authorities. We do so by developing and providing health economic models and publications, reimbursement application support, value tools and much, much more. 


A variety of tasks and challenges await you
As our associate market access manager, you will take on a supporting role in your team to help your colleagues build compelling value argumentation and reimbursement strategies.

As such, you will join in on various processes and projects and have a wide set of tasks, which includes helping the team with: 


  • Reaching out to relevant colleagues and functions to gather data 
  • Analysing a variety of data, e.g., randomised clinical trials, meta-analysis, user surveys, in vitro, etc.
  • Compiling data and insights
  • Creating presentations, cases, and other communication materials
  • Developing ideas, strategies, and plans
  • Presenting findings, insights and business cases to management and functions across Coloplast

Recent graduate who thrives in a supporting role
Versatility and the ability to learn is key to this position. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and work on many different tasks, ranging from communicative to analytical, and be happy to provide help and support where needed. 


On the other hand, we are also looking for you to challenge us, and we will of course give you lots of flexibility to ensure good balance and time to immerse yourself in the subjects you enjoy the most. Working from home a couple of days per week is also possible if you’d like. 


Furthermore, you have:

  • Recently completed a relevant master’s degree
  • An interest in market access, real world evidence, medtech or similar – 1 or 2 years of experience would be great, but it is definitely not a must
  • Excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English
  • The ability to travel 10-25 days per year as part of your work
