Would you like to shape the employee experience for more than 1,500 colleagues in Denmark while helping position Coloplast as an employer of choice for future talent?

We are looking for a curious, proactive and relationship-driven colleague to join our Danish People & Culture team.
In this role, you will work across a broad range of HR disciplines, supporting initiatives that improve the employee experience, strengthen our employer brand and help bring various People & Culture-priorities to life. You will play a key role in connecting people, ideas and projects across the business, translating needs into practical solutions that create value for employees and leaders alike.

This is a unique opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys variety, collaboration and ownership, and who wants to gain exposure within People & Culture and across the entire organisation.

Your role
As part of the Danish People & Culture team, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, managers and stakeholders across the organisation.

A significant part of your role will be identifying and driving projects that support employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience in Denmark. You will also act as the owner of our local employer branding activities, ensuring that Coloplast remains visible and attractive to current and future talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving employee experience initiatives
•    Coordinate and drive projects based on business needs
•    Support initiatives focused on wellbeing, engagement and workplace culture
•    Improve employee and manager experiences through clearer processes, communications and digital solutions
•    Drive and support internal events and People & Culture activities across our Danish organisation

Owning local employer branding activities
•    Plan and execute employer branding activities across Denmark
•    Build and maintain partnerships with universities, student organisations and external partners
•    Coordinate career fairs, company visits and talent attraction initiatives
•    Collaborate with our student assistant and internal stakeholders to ensure a strong and consistent flow of employer branding content on LinkedIn and Instagram
•    Identify and develop authentic employee stories that showcase life at Coloplast

Building relationships and activating the organization
•    Engage managers and colleagues across the business to support key initiatives
•    Coordinate participation in events, visits and employer branding activities
•    Act as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders
•    Create alignment and momentum across functions to ensure successful execution

About you
You are motivated by bringing people together, creating structure and turning ideas into action.
You likely hold a degree within Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, and are looking for a role where you can develop across multiple HR disciplines.

We imagine that you:
•    Have 1-3 years of relevant experience, for example from HR, employer branding, project management, consulting or organisational development
•    Enjoy coordinating projects and driving activities from idea to execution
•    Have strong stakeholder management skills and build relationships naturally
•    Are curious about how employee experience, culture and engagement can support business success
•    Have an interest in talent attraction and employer branding
•    Thrive in a role with many interfaces and changing priorities
•    Are structured, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
•    Communicate confidently in English

What we offer
You will join a close-knit local People & Culture team that works across a broad range of disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Wellbeing and HR Operations.

Although we have different areas of expertise, collaboration is at the heart of how we work. We support each other and work together to create great experiences across the employee journey.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while building a broad HR toolbox of your own. At the same time, you will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, senior stakeholders and projects that have a direct impact on employees across Denmark.

If you are looking for a role with variety, responsibility and the chance to make a visible difference, we would love to hear from you.
