As an Associate Commercial Excellence Manager, you will support strategic initiatives that help markets improve performance, elevate frontline quality, and deliver stronger customer outcomes. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to high-impact projects across markets and business areas while developing the skills to eventually lead your own workstreams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Annual Business Planning process
• Contribute to the execution of the Commercial Excellence strategy across markets and business areas, with a focus on scalable standards, strong governance, and practical tools for local teams
• Drive follow-up on selected performance measures, working in depth with segmentation & targeting, account planning, and frontline performance management
• Act as a trusted partner to markets by listening to local needs, turning insights into improvement areas, and supporting execution of the Impact4 agenda
• Collaborate closely with Business Areas, Sales Excellence, and Commercial Development to ensure strong alignment, seamless handovers, and consistent implementation of global priorities
Qualifications
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Master’s Degree within business, finance, or similar
• 0-2 years of experience from sales, business development, or commercial excellence is a great plus
