Associate Commercial Development Manager
Humlebæk, DK

Driving Commercial growth and strategic decision making across Global Markets
At Coloplast, we develop products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Behind that mission is a commercial organisation committed to helping our subsidiaries grow, innovate, and deliver better outcomes for customers and users around the world.
We are looking for an Associate Commercial Development Manager to join our Commercial Projects team within Commercial Development, PMD (Products, Marketing & Development) for Chronic Care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically strong and curious professional who wants to combine strategy, commercial development, and international exposure while building a broad foundation for a long term career at Coloplast.
About the Team
The Commercial Projects team is a team of six professionals that acts as Coloplast's in house Chronic Care Commercial consultancy. We partner with business area and market leaders globally to solve critical commercial challenges. From evaluating investment opportunities and unlocking growth potential to designing go-to-market strategies, transformations and improving commercial performance, we help shape decisions that drive the future of our business.
As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most important commercial priorities across the organisation while building relationships with senior stakeholders worldwide. To stay closely connected to our markets, travel is a natural part of the role, and you can expect approximately 60 travel days annually.
Whether you are a recent Master's graduate with relevant internship, project, or student experience, or have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business development, this role offers an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career. As an Associate, you will be coached and supported by experienced Commercial Development Managers, while taking on increasing ownership of projects and stakeholder interactions.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, we may hire at either the Associate Commercial Development Manager or Commercial Development Manager level.
What You'll Be Doing
As Associate Commercial Development Manager, you will conduct and support high impact projects across regions, markets, and business areas.
Drive Strategic Commercial Projects
You will partner with market leaders, business area teams, and global functions to develop recommendations and drive execution of strategic commercial initiatives including:
- Investment cases and business case development
- Growth acceleration and market expansion projects
- Commercial strategy development

Turn Analysis into Action
You will:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Structure complex business challenges into actionable recommendations
- Develop clear and compelling communication material for senior decision makers

Create Real Business Impact
Rather than producing recommendations alone, you will work alongside local and global stakeholders to ensure ideas are translated into practical actions that deliver measurable results.
Who We Are Looking For
We know that talented people come from different backgrounds and experiences. If you are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply even if your experience does not perfectly match every qualification listed below.
We imagine that you bring:
