Join our Performance Management team  
With a start date of September 1st 2025, you will join our young and diverse Performance Management team of 9 colleagues within our Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation.

In this role, you will truly get to identify and evolve your passion and strengths within the field of finance and create tangible value for Coloplast. You can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes. 
 
You will be responsible for updating and improving our performance materials and identifying key insights and actions that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. Specifically, you will:
 

• Complete financial reports, forecasts and analysis spanning across the Group and the whole P&L on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
• Optimize and streamline our performance processes
• Help transform our performance material into PowerBI dashboards
• Get involved in projects outside of Commercial Finance 
• Possibility to rotate to other business functions within the HQ
