Be part of a cross-functional team 
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of our Bowel Care business area in our Chronic Care organization. Here you will join our cross-functional and diverse Bowel Care area which is made up of passionate people including medical specialists, marketing experts, pipeline and portfolio management specialist and service marketing wizards. You will report directly to our Vice President for Bowel Care, Marie Smidt.

 

We operate inside Coloplast’s largest division, Chronic Care. Our mission is to support the company’s growth strategy and help more people suffering from bowel problems, and right now, we are underway with new and exciting projects for some of our key markets.

Drive commercial projects and dive into performance data 
As our associate business development manager, you will lead and support commercial projects. This could for instance be projects related to new potential products or markets, operational excellence, best practice transfers or the development of processes for our support set-up. 

 

Moreover, engaging in performance management, you will look at how our markets perform and reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure opportunities are acted upon and that we get the right management support and attention to drive performance upwards.

 

Specifically, you will: 

  • Drive HQ commercial projects around Bowel Care, potentially with involvement from some of our subsidiaries 
  • Dive into performance data related to our key markets and drive the dialogue with management – this includes supporting reviews with our most important markets
  • Ensure strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and relevant HQ functions
  • Identify new business opportunities and projects that fit with our strategy 

 

Skilled project manager with considerable business acumen and an eye for data
You have a hands-on approach to assignments, you always strive to get to the heart of complex problems and you know how to work at both operational and strategic levels. Navigating well at all levels of our organisation, you also know how to adapt your communication to fit the context you are in, win buy-in and ensure collaboration. 


Understanding how a business operates, you quickly grasp the broader impact of a decision or project, and your understanding of data and numbers ensures that you can easily translate findings into the correct conclusions.

 

Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, marketing or similar 
  • Have experience managing stakeholders and projects, ideally from a large international company 
  • Are adept at understanding and analysing data 
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English – fluency in additional languages is an advantage, Danish language skills are not required
