At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join the EHS & Metrology team, Centre of Excellence, working to strengthen digitalisation, automation and data-driven ways of working across R&D. We support colleagues in identifying smarter processes, improving digital tools and creating practical solutions that make everyday work more efficient and user-friendly.
Help us drive digitalisation and automation forward
As our new AI Assistant (Student Assistant), you will support the team in identifying, developing and maintaining digital solutions that improve our daily workflows, data overview and automation opportunities. We offer a flexible and friendly work environment that accommodates your studies and gives you hands-on experience with AI, data and Microsoft Power Platform tools in a professional R&D setting.
In this position you will:
• Support the development and improvement of digital tools and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate
• Assist in building dashboards and reports that provide clear insights and support decision-making across the department
• Help identify repetitive tasks and processes that can be simplified, automated or improved through digital solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions
• Support data preparation, validation and documentation to ensure reliable and user-friendly solutions
• Contribute to various ad hoc tasks related to AI, data handling, process optimisation and digitalisation in the department
As an ideal candidate, you:
• Are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme, e.g. IT, software development, data science, engineering, business analytics or a similar field, with at least two years left before finishing your studies
• Have knowledge of or strong interest in AI, automation, data analysis and digital process improvement
• Have experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate
• Have basic coding skills or experience with scripting, databases or data modelling; experience with languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript or similar is an advantage
• Are curious, structured and able to translate business needs into simple and practical digital solutions
• Communicate clearly in English; Danish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
• Can work 10-20 hours per week at our headquarters in Humlebæk
