You will contribute to shaping a central part of our IT strategy  
With your Genesys Cloud experience, you will make a key contribution to shaping the stable, secure and scalable operation of Coloplast’s Unified Communication and Contact Center platforms. 

 

This is a role that combines daily operations with continuous improvement, migrations and rollout of new functionalities across global markets. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to align UC with strategic needs, participate in global UC projects and coordinate with IT teams and external providers on telephony services. 

 

Specifically, you will: 

  • Manage and develop UC platforms (Genesys Cloud, Teams UC, AudioCodes, GFI Fax)
  • Provide advanced (L2/L3) support for global call centers and business users
  • Lead telephony migrations (SIP, Genesys Cloud) and provider consolidation 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Genesys Cloud 
  • Drive simplification and optimization of UC systems 
  • Produce clear communication and enable cross-training 

 

While the majority of your team, including your manager, is based in Poland, you will be working from our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark, alongside the team’s architect. You can expect to travel around 20 days per year for on-site projects, migrations and support.

 

We are prepared to adjust the responsibilities of the role to reflect your level of expertise.

 

You bring Genesys and coding experience to the team 
This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align UC solutions with business needs. In other words, you know how to analyze problems, design solutions and execute effectively. 

 

You also possess the communication skills and cultural awareness necessary to work in international teams and preferably have experience managing projects across multiple regions and time zones. 

 

Most importantly, you bring: 

  • Deep Genesys Cloud experience (including messaging, QA, WFM, APIs, automation and integration) 
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, SQL and API integrations 
  • Experience in Unified Communication/Contact Center infrastructure 
  • Experience in SIP migrations, provider coordination and telephony management 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams UC, AudioCodes and GFI Fax 
  • A strong understanding of ITIL and governance frameworks
