Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

Own and refine technical solutions within Salesforce
Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our CRM and Commercial Solutions area, where we strive to deliver exceptional CRM and commercial solutions with a strong emphasis on Salesforce implementation.
In this role, you will do refinement and have the ownership of technical solutions within Salesforce, including Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, OMS, Sales Cloud, and more. This entails acting as a liaison between the business capability requirements and solutions approved by architects, as you integrate solutions into a cohesive end-to-end product. You will gain a robust understanding of selected customer-facing solutions as you ensure a scalable solution that serves our global user base effectively.
Moreover, you will:
- Maintain a focus on the operational and developmental sustainability of our solutions
- Oversee development activities and, when necessary, manage configuration directly
- Define and uphold best practices and development principles, ensuring adherence to guidelines by external resources
- Collaborate with and challenge vendors to ensure excellence in delivery
- Manage technical risks throughout development and operational phases
- Engage in Program Increment (PI) planning and play a proactive role in the sprint process, including technical solution sign-off and quality assurance activities
Solid Salesforce experience
In this role, you will need excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills, and to be a proactive team player with a quality-focused mindset.
Furthermore, you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field combined with several years of Salesforce experience
- Have demonstrable functional development skills and strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities
- Are proficient in creating diagrams and presentations using tools like Visio
- Have experience with project management tools such as JIRA
- May have Salesforce developer experience, including familiarity with Lightning Web Components, which would be advantageous, as we rely heavily on LWCs in our implementation.
- May have experience with integration platforms like Mulesoft and integrating with ERP systems, providing valuable expertise that supports our system connectivity objectives.
- Are fluent in English
