(Senior) Commercial Process Manager, Digital

Location:

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Marketing
Country/Region:  Denmark

Would you like to define, develop, and drive processes in a wide variety of commercial and digital projects? And do you have a well-stocked toolbox with both commercial and IT insights, analytical know-how as well as solid stakeholder and project management skills?

Then join us at the core of Coloplast’s customer-facing activities and help us take it to the next level. Here, you will have an impact on key initiatives within our digital journey and work with amazing colleagues from all areas of our organisation.

Become part of our experienced process team
At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of our Customer Operations department where you will be joining a team consisting of 5 experienced process managers.

Together, we are responsible for processes relating to our customers, which are either the consumer or health care professionals. Joining our team, you will step into a project-based environment where each of us is responsible for an area within the customer segment, handling processes for our assigned area end-to-end.

“It’s a highly motivated team of specialists with very different backgrounds. But your colleagues complement each other really well and are very collaborative, and we have created a setting where we can learn from each other,” explains Head of Customer Operations Franziska Bec.

Take charge of our digital processes
As commercial process owner, you will become globally responsible for our digital processes, participating in or managing projects on your own. Thus, working on 2-3 projects at a time – spanning e-commerce, websites, and apps – you will take part in everything from process development and implementation to global process adoption.

These projects will vary in scope and size and you will be the process expert that aligns and bridges commercial needs and IT requirements sometimes spanning more than several initiatives. Moreover, the projects will typically involve a myriad of stakeholders from all areas of our organisation, and you will act as the hub that links them together.

Specifically, your key tasks will include:

  • Driving business requirements for our digital systems and capabilities
  • Defining opportunities and global standards for our digital channels
  • Delivering input on how to improve our platforms to provide coherent digital solutions through integrated solutions
  • Establishing new tasks for our Commercial Process Support team in Poland
  • Participating in country-specific projects e.g. to establish processes for a new commercial opportunity, enhance efficiency levels, move admin tasks to our shared service centre, etc.
  • Assisting with coordination and prioritisation of our project portfolio towards our subsidiaries

Commercial insight and an understanding of IT requirements
You know your way around business and process analysis – and at the same time, you know how to build simple and efficient global process solutions that can accommodate unique local needs.

As your work will involve many leading stakeholders, you will also need to have sharply honed stakeholder management skills and be digitally savvy to bridge IT and commercial needs. And of course, you have the ability to communicate valuable insights clearly and effectively when navigating the many disciplines.

Therefore, we imagine that you bring:

  • An educational background within business/IT or another relevant field
  • Experience working with digital and/or commercial processes
  • Solid project management skills and hands-on experience working with digital projects
  • Great communications skills in English – Danish is not a prerequisite
