Head of IT (m/f/d) Germany, Austria, Switzerland - DACH

As Head of IT, you are the primary point of contact for all the business functions located in the subsidiaries of Germany, Austria and Switzerland including Coloplast, Kerecis and ATOS Medical (incl. Tracoe) for daily operation, overall on-going activities and for all new business IT requests.

In this role you will report directly to our Senior Director, Business Relationship Management (Global Data, Digital & IT), who is based in the United Kingdom.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• You lead and motivate as a people manager (total team size: 15, direct reports: 9) for all appointed IT professionals in the DACH region
• You are responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001
• You are responsible for local IT forecast and spending
• You are responsible for managing local projects (actual example: office relocations, local system changes, integration of acquired companies onto standard infrastructure)
• Providing well-performing IT support as well as Operational services and local systems to DACH IT users

You come with:

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree within IT with several years of relevant senior experience
• Focusing on Med-tech, Pharma or similar might be a plus, but not a Must bring
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create trust and influence at all levels in the organization
• Experienced at working in local organization to global organizational standards

• Strong personality with team spirit
• Business fluent in German and English
