As (Senior) Director Marketing you are a member of the German management team, and you will report directly to the Country Manager Germany. You will manage and lead a team of 10 Direct Reports and overall more than 20 employees. The main focus of your job is to drive the growth strategy as well as the day-to-day business, accompanied by the development of our consumer marketing through professional and innovative design approaches.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Implementation of processes and concepts within product and brand marketing for our Chronic Care business (Ostomy and Continence Care). You will work in close cooperation with other business units, sales and marketing managers
  • Strengthening of market leadership through professional and innovative design approaches
  • Development and implementation of product specific and cross-product marketing activities as well as campaigns for new and established products
  • Development and implementation of interdisciplinary marketing concepts, content and activities for B2B and B2C
  • Strengthening and optimization of our communication activities (online, offline and POS)
  • Consistent support in the implementation of sales strategies as well as close cooperation with strong focus on our consumer journey and innovation
  • Close cooperation with Country Manager Germany as well as global Marketing on strategic topics and product pipeline


You come with:

  • Master’s degree in business administration or any other management science subject with focus on marketing/sales
  • Several years of professional experience (incl. leadership) in a similar role or some years of experience with the potential to take the next step
  • Work experience and deep understanding of sales will be beneficiary
  • Affinity and inclination for a strong collaboration with different sales channels
  • Ideally profound knowledge in implementation of marketing projects within FMCG / med tech
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with distinct negotiating skills
  • Creativeness, independent and goal-oriented way of working, analytic and conceptual skills inkl. good digital know-how
  • Strong personality with team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English
