Then look at this position: Team Manager for the Validation and Measurement

Here you will play a key role in ensuring the production environment complies with production standards we aim to follow and thereby ensuring the safety of our users.

What You will Do:

• Provide leadership of the Validation and Measurement team and management of the department
• Building and maintaining a team responsible for validations (Process, Software, Test Methods, etc.) and calibrations on site
• Hiring engineers and technicians
• Train and develop the team
• Evaluate resource pull
• Evaluate service suppliers together with the team for validation and calibration
• Own and drive the global validation and calibration process locally
• Develop and maintain the local procedures for the validations and calibrations together with the team
• Ensure production equipment complies and is validated when introducing new production lines

Your Qualifications:

• Academic background: A relevant academic background (B.Sc. or higher).
• Experience: 
• Minimum 2 years as a Team Manager
• Expertise and knowledge of Cleanroom production, validation, metrology, supplier management, ISO13485, MDR
• Project knowledge and experience (Project Management experience is a plus)
• Production process knowledge
• Solid understanding within the field of Quality i.e. GDP and GMP etc. (Quality Assurance experience is a plus)
• Business understanding: Holistic understanding of End-To-End production
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).

Timing:

• Expected start is October 1st, 2025.
• Workplace will be Felgueiras in Portugal
• During the first period the workplace will be at a rented office in Felgueiras, Portugal; with regular visits to the building site in Felgueiras to oversee the implementation and delivery of new machines and include some travel for training and introductions at our sites in Hungary and Denmark and potential machine supplier visits.
• The travel program will be defined together with the manager.
