Team Manager - IQC, SQA and Complaints
Do you want to join the creation and development of the new manufacturing for our Continence Care segment within Coloplast?
Support the production process, from a quality function, to produce the products our users’ needs in the quality needed?
Then look at this position: Team Manager for the IQC, SQA and Complaints
Here you will play a key role in ensuring production is supplied with material that complies with our standards, also, ensuring a dialogue with suppliers for the site when relevant and product complaints are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements thereby ensuring the safety of our users.
What You Will Do:

Building and maintaining a team responsible for Incoming Quality Control, Supplier Quality Assurance and Complaint handling

Hiring Specialist/Engineers and technicians

Train and develop the team
-
Evaluate resource pull
-
Defined and own any process needed locally
-
Develop and maintain the local procedures for the area

Ensure production receives approved materials
-
Ensure supplier follow-up together with internal stakeholders and collaborators

Ensure complaint handling in due time according to our processes
Your Qualifications:
-
Academic background: A relevant academic background (B.Sc. or higher).

Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years as a Team Manager
-
Expertise and knowledge of Supplier Management, Specification Management, Complaint Management and Reporting
-
Project knowledge and experience (Project Management experience is a plus)

Solid understanding within the field of Quality i.e. ISO13485 and MDR etc. (Quality Assurance experience is a plus)

Business understanding: Holistic understanding of End-To-End production

Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).

Expected start is April 2026.

Workplace will be Felgueiras in Portugal

Occasional travel to other sites for training and knowledge sharing can occur.
