IT/OT MANAGER
Your main goal will be to ensure the IT/OT department perform according to the expected KPIs defined by the local management and provides the expected service to the different areas of FEL Site.
Also, will make sure all IT/OT services are up and running to provide the service needed to the site.
Provide support in all IT/OT related matters to ensure continuous operation in CMPT production.
In addition, the position will coordinate any Global Manufacturing IT/OT Solution provided by Coloplast Global IT or Global Engineering and will successfully implement it locally.
Major areas of accountability

- Responsible of leading the IT/OT areas in FEL Site and the FEL IT/OT infrastructure (servers, clients,etc)
- Managing the existing communication platforms (Internet, cellular and internal phone comunications)
- Responsible of making sure the central UPS system is able to sustain the IT/OT operation in case of any electrical shortage.
- Keep a backup of all critical systems in the IT/OT areas, and making sure they are stored in a way they are secure and accesible in case of any issue.
- Guarantee that FEL site is complaying with the local/global regulation of all licenses.
- Responsible of managing the wired and wireless network infrastructure, controlling the traffic, and making sure the speed needs are fulfilled depending on the site needs.
- Responsible of managing all printers and scanning devices, maintenance, consumables, spare parts, and reviewing the needs of adquiring mores devices depending on the growth of the company.
- Responsible of keeping all systems working on its ideal condition
- Responsible of the access control systems of FEL site
- Support all the quality measurement systems/devices in FEL. Local IT/OT Quality System (procedures, instruction and creation of IT RM documentation)
- Responsible of managing user administration and rights
- Responsible of supporting ERP systems and managing other user applications
- Responsible of managing maintenance of IT/OT systems, IT/OT project portfolio, and suppliers of IT/OT technologies
- Create reports, instructions and relevant documentations including IT/OT areas into current processes. Managing IT/OT related purchase orders documentations
- Forecasting IT/OT related costs and follow up on spends and creating accruals
- Responsible of development of the technical and financial content of service provider contracts for IT/OT
- Development and management of GDPR regulations related to IT.
- Responsible for the management, installation, and follow-up of the assigned devices, materials, and parts
- Responsible for the professional handling of company-owned devices and tools, and for preserving their condition
- Responsible for complying with the regulations for production in a clean room
- Obliged to perform all other tasks related to the company's activities, for which only his immediate superior or the managing director can give instructions.
- Responsible of tracking the OT/IT maintenance tasks and dealing with IT/OT related suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing team performance and their improvement activities
- Creating training plan and providing training for professionals and users with varying levels of IT/OT knowledge and competences
- Representing FEL Site ont the relevant global IT/OT forums
- Local responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001
- To be aware of and act based on responsibilities defined in the Quality Manual, within his/her area
Responsible for:
- Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines given
- Drawing attention to the manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelines
- Drawing attention to inefficiency of the system
- Take responsibility for those safety aspects identified for the given position.

Essential qualifications
|
- BSc. Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / IT Engineer / Software Developer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT related field.
- Experience with IT Projects implementation
- Experience with Manufacturing IT Protocols
- Standardization of network cabling knowledge
- English level, minimum B2
- Availability to work on different shifts and extra hours to complete the work according to the manufacturing needs.
- Able to be On Call based on the manufacturing needs.
- SQL knowledge
- CCNA – Certified Cisco Network Associate

Preferred qualifications
- Factory Talk/ RS Linx, OPC Server
- Knowledge in HTML 5.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 - Information Security Standard
- Knowledge of industrial computers and HMI interfaces.
- Software validation knowledge.
- PLC systems knowledge in Rockwell / Omron / Siemens
- Thing Worx, Thin Manager and Visual Basic knowledge
- vSphere and Hyper-V knowledge
- Knowledge of Coloplast systems (e.g. COFDAS, Change management, NCR and QMS)
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Knowledge of ISA99, ISA/IEC 62443 - Security for Industrial Automation and Control systems is desired.
- Basic understanding of relevant aspects of production medical devices - e.g. meaning of calibration, production in clean room facilities, sterilization, Quality standards.

- Extensive IT knowledge within Manufacturing IT
- Familiar with MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), and other databases (ex. QMS9000)
- Systematic and structural approach to task solving

- Good communications skills and a Team player
