HR Process Owner

The HR Process Owner defines, controls and manages all People & Culture processes within Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal. The processes are linked to the challenges and needs of all People &  functions, namely talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and talent development.

 

 

Your challenge will be:

 

  • Define People & Culture processes, timelines and workflows
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure processes’ effectiveness and track progress.
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement within People & Culture processes.
  • Train, coach and influence all levels of organization on People & Culture processes
  • General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR – RGPD)
  • collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, employees, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal leaders and colleagues to drive continuous improvement across the assigned domain, influencing senior leadership and ensuring People & Culture goals are achieved through the appropriate processes.

 

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

  • Education: University degree in Human Resources, Management, or other related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to travel up to 30 days/year in 2025 and up to 20 days/year in subsequent years.

 

 

And it would be nice if you also have:

  • Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience as HR Process Owner
