The Facility and Infrastructure Project Manager (FPM) leads and manages facility projects at the Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal (CMPT) site in Felgueiras (FEL). Projects can be of varying sizes and complexity but typically involve stakeholders and participants from multiple Coloplast organizations as well as external partners.

The FPM ensures completion of facility projects according to scope, plan and budget. The FPM can initiate and lead facility projects independently but in close collaboration with FEL site management and project managers on related/dependent Coloplast and FEL projects. The FPM reports to the Head of FEHS in FEL.

Areas of responsibility:

Lead and manage facility projects at FEL.
- Contribute to the definition and scoping of facility projects at FEL, working with different stakeholders to define the best solution.
- Collaborating on financial forecast and execution
- Be involved in selection of and negotiations with external suppliers.
- Manage facility projects from a holistic/business perspective.
- Work effectively with and lead project teams utilizing project management tools and approaches. Project teams may involve global participants and externals.
- Effectively manage external suppliers securing delivery and coordination across.

Ensure successful project execution and completion within defined scope, timeline and budget.
Ensure facility projects deliver on required levels of quality based on internal as well as external requirements.
Ensure that facility projects have high safety standards and that all works by internals and externals are carried out in accordance with safety rules, requirements, and recommendations.
Ensure that the project delivers sufficient documentation of solutions and works performed.
Report on project progress, challenges and risks to management and steering groups as required.

Qualifications and mindset:

Relevant higher education (B. Sc. or higher) typically engineering.
5+ years of previous experience with project management within facilities, construction, or related areas.
Experience with quality management systems and certifications (ISO)
Preferably experience from a regulated industry.
Proven practical project management experience (project management certification is not required)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, strong execution, flexible and thriving in a demanding environment.
