To be able to help more people, we are now opening a new production site in Felgueiras and therefore, we are looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team. This is your chance to lead initiatives that ensure a safe and sustainable work environment while promoting employee health, safety, and environmental compliance. 

Your challenge: 

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical systems and infrastructure.   
• Oversee essential services such as security, cleaning, catering, and transportation.   
• Manage contracts and suppliers, ensuring quality and efficiency in services.   
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance   
• Monitor operational costs and implement improvements for resource optimization.   
• Lead energy efficiency and sustainability projects.   

What we expect from you: 

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.  We can also consider a technical degree (high school level) if the experience proof the capacity to play the role. 
• ATEX knowledge 
• Experience in building maintenance, utilities management, and general services.   
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical systems, Compressed air centralized system, water treatments systems, pumping of chemicals, security, cleaning, and waste management. 
• Knowledge of dedicated software, such as BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) 
• AutoCAD Knowledge to develop the factory layout  
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.   
• Ability to lead teams and manage suppliers.   
• Willingness to travel for audits and   
• English level C1.
