To be able to help more people, we are now opening a new production site in Felgueiras and therefore, we are looking for an EHS Leader to join our team. This is your chance to lead initiatives that ensure a safe and sustainable work environment while promoting employee health, safety, and environmental compliance. 

Your challenge: 

• Ensure safe operations and legal compliance at the Felgueiras site. 

• Own the full permit of the facility and operation 

• Lead EHS audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain certifications. 

• Develop strategic EHS plans and drive the team to achieve ambitious goals. 

• Work closely with local entities such as fire brigades and the municipality 

• Coordinate training initiatives and foster a safety-first culture across the organization. 

What we expect from you: 

• A degree in Engineering or Science. 

• Deep knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, Sustainability or related fields. 

• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and proved experience on the implementation. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management. 

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. 

• Team player, motivated to help build a company culture of continuous improvement in safety, environment and wellbeing.
