We are currently looking for a Complaint Handler to join our Quality Department in Felgueiras, Portugal.
In this role:
You will play an important role in ensuring customer complaints are handled effectively and in accordance with Coloplast requirements. Through collaboration with multiple functions across the site, you will contribute to quality improvements, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What You will Do:
- Manage and drive customer quality complaint handling activities.
- Support cross-functional stakeholders in complaint-related quality topics.
- Provide guidance and support on complaint-related quality matters across the organization.
- Ensure effective follow-up of complaint investigations and corrective actions.
- Support compliance with the Coloplast Quality Management System.
- Support internal and external audits related to complaint handling and quality processes.
- Support continuous improvement of quality-related processes.
- Promote quality awareness and understanding of complaint-related topics within operations.
- Act as a key partner between Quality and Operations in complaint handling and improvement activities.
Your Qualifications:
Academic background: A relevant academic background
Experience & competencies:
- Experience within Quality, Complaint Handling, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with quality systems, quality processes, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and complaint handling processes.
- Knowledge of quality tools (e.g. Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. CAPA, 8D).
- Business understanding: Holistic view of end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with effective planning and prioritization capabilities.
Timing: • Expected start is October 2026
Workplace will be Felgueiras (Portugal).
