At our Pilot Plant in Espergærde, Denmark, you will play a central role as a member of the Pilot Plant Operation Leadership Team while also contribute to the strategic work for Pilot Plant by being part of the Extended leadership team of Pilot Plant.
You secure optimal operations and motivate your team
As a team manager, you will lead a team of competent and skilled employees. Your area of responsibility is to ensure optimal operation of support functions across Pilot Plant. E.i. volume manufacturing and- or projects. You will contribute to improve and optimize workstreams in own area, document learnings and ensure continuous development of our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily team management – you motivate, develop and ensure good collaboration
- Create- and align operation plans with other team managers in Pilot Plant
- Take part in setting ambitious and stretched targets for continuous improvements
- Ensure continuous development of team and facilitate collaboration with rest of Pilot Plant
Travel activity will be limited but you may be requested to travel up to 20 days a year, primarily to our production facilities in Hungary.
Experience in hygienic, high-quality production
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with working in the regulated industry such as the medical device industry or similar.
- Have ERP experience.
- Have leadership experience with managing, developing and motivating employees
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
As a leader, you are ambitious on behalf of your team, and you can understand complex correlations and find solutions. You know how to foster good collaboration and ensure serenity in a busy environment, so your team can perform.
