About the Role
You will become a key member of a team consisting of specialists, engineers, and skilled technicians who develop processes within Continence and Bowel Care. We ensure that processes are robust and scalable for later transfer into high-volume production equipment. Processes and pilot equipment include, among others, laser equipment, assembly and marking equipment, as well as foam-based products.
Your key Responsibilities will be:
- Optimization and technical development of pilot equipment and supporting tools
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on pilot equipment and components
- Close collaboration with project teams on process improvements and new technical solutions
- Hands-on technical support during test runs as part of process and product development, including testing at machine suppliers in Denmark and Northern Europe, as well as at Coloplast’s international sites
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial machinist, industrial technician, welder, automotive mechanic, or similar
- Solid hands-on experience in mechanical work, machining on manual lathes and milling machines, design, construction, and technical problem solving
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to play a central role in development activities
- Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both skilled technicians and academic professionals
- Interested in building strong process understanding and competencies to operate pilot equipment
- Enjoys delivering fast results and taking ownership of tasks and areas of responsibility
- Interested in working with processes involving isocyanates; experience is an advantage but not a requirement (training will be provided by Coloplast)
- Preferably familiar with documentation and quality requirements for CE-marked equipment in a regulated industry
We Offer:
An exciting and varied role with significant influence in an informal, highly competent professional environment where collaboration is key.
You will get the opportunities to work with unique technical solutions and development projects.
The role is primarily based at our sites in Espergærde and Humlebæk and you can look forward to travel to machine suppliers and international sites.
