Join a team of dedicated Process Engineers and technicians
At our Pilot Plant in Mørdrup, you will join 38 experienced colleagues in our Material Processing department. The department consists of 3 teams which are within Continence Care, Adhesive Mixing and Foaming. The teams are dedicated to development the best process and technical solutions for our products. You will join the team within the area of Continence Care and we are technical responsible for processes within Extrusion, Tipforming and Coating. The team consists of 10 highly experienced process engineers and technicians.

“It is a key requisite role as you will be part of a team that works together to ensure the that we bring the best process solution for new equipment’s into play in our development projects” explains Team Manager, Brigitta Bigi Predojevic.


As a process engineer some of your main tasks will be: 

  • Responsible for exploring new technologies, develop and mature processes for new material verification and equipment in product development projects within Continence Care 
  • Conduct DOE tests and process data statistically to define optimal process parameters and specifications for process equipment  
  • Take the lead role as process developer by specifying pilot equipment and mature the process 1:1 for volume machines 
  • Transfer of processes and equipment and share knowledge to our international manufacturing sites. In some cases, provide support to new processes that have been developed in Pilot Plant


Experienced Process Engineer who sets direction and takes the lead role as process responsible 
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with material knowledge and a technical background. 

You have a statistical understanding and are used to analyze results to support data-based decisions i.e., using Six Sigma. Furthermore, you can collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, material specialists, machine suppliers, operators and our international manufacturing sites. 


We imagine that you have the following qualifications: 
•    Technical background as an engineer within processing of polymeric materials 
•    Statistical understanding and experience using i.e. Six Sigma. 
•    Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and documentation
•    Experience with maturing new processes and production equipment 
•    Experience with product and process development
