Welcome to the Launch Production team
As our new process specialist, you will join our team of highly skilled engineers and technicians.
We form the bridge between product development and full-scale production at our international sites, by starting the initial production of newly developed products. Our aim is to stabilize the new manufacturing processes and ensure process ramp- up to meet the standards at our international volume sites prior to transfer of machines and processes.

In an environment where few days are the same, you will work in a cross-functional department and collaborate closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, team leads, machine operators and other specialists and skilled workers surrounding our initial production to make all aspects come together.

More specifically, you will:
• Support ongoing production, and mature process technologies in collaboration with R&D colleagues.
• Document production processes, follow up on results, and create action plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and create non-conformances when needed.
• Enforce Design for Manufacturing principles (DFM) using a data-driven approach.
• Determine optimal process parameters based on statistical data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, internal as well as external, on new production equipment and machines.
• Transfer knowledge of processes and equipment to international volume sites.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical, machine, or production engineering.
• Experience in process development or developing production equipment.
• Familiarity with statistical process optimization and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SAS JMP).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to travel to volume sites in Hungary, Costa Rica, or Portugal; main workplace will be in Mørdrup, Denmark.
Personal Attributes:
• Experienced engineer with a solid understanding of production environments.
• Excellent communication skills for efficient collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong team player who enjoys exchanging ideas and knowledge to find the best solutions.
