A global organisation with a local touch
You will be a part of Pilot Plant QA in the Global Quality Regulatory Affairs organisation consisting of a total of 12 employees. Here, you will join our laboratory and 5 laboratory Specialist Technicians – a great mix of skills where we learn from each other. 
You will be an important stakeholder in both the innovation - and supply value stream, ensure that QA laboratory deliverables are timely and qualified. You get the opportunity to follow different projects from beginning to end - and see how the tests you perform have an impact on the final or intermediate product.


Our tasks are both related to operational testing consisting of mechanical testing and chemical testing as HPLC, rheology, water absorption, peel testing etc. But you will also be involved in optimizations, validations, and prototype studies etc. You must expect that approximately half of the time is spent in the laboratories.

Your main task in the QA laboratory is to perform testing and release of items produced in our innovation - and supply value stream in order to ensure the quality of our products, Specifically, you

  • Perform incoming inspection, test and release of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods including release of sterile products
  • Ensuring handling of non-conformities including root cause investigations as well as change requests
  • Securing that processes are continuously improved to secure compliance with quality standards (ISO 1384 and GMP) and to increase operational test efficiency
  • Prepare and maintenance of documentation such as instructions/manuals, forms and OPLs (One Point Lessons)
  • Participate in internal/external audits


We offer a job full of exciting QC/QA assignments with good opportunities for development within the quality area. In addition to analysis responsibility, you will also participate in problem solutions in collaboration with the test method specialist or equipment owners. 

Strong communication skills and drive 
The QA laboratory is part of our value chain and no products can move to next step before appropriate tests have been done. Time to market is crucial, why on a personal level, you are highly driven and know how to take ownership of your task to meet the demands from the operations and development projects. Moreover, you:

  • Have as minimum a few years of experience as a Laboratory technician or similar relevant education
  • As a person, you are dynamic and committed. You are good at collaborating on solving tasks, but at the same time you are able to complete tasks independently and at the agreed time. It is also important that you great attention to details and can acquire new knowledge in a fast and efficient way
  • Is careful, has a good overview and good planning skills 
  • You are known for your good mood and optimistic mind, which contributes to a good working environment.
  • Our corporate language is English, and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in English both spoken and in writing and preferably also Danish effortlessly
  • May have knowledge within statistics and statistic tools 
  • May have experience being in the auditee role, being audited by authorities or internal colleagues
