The job
In Coloplast we want to strengthen our LEAN efforts in one of our factories as part of our change journey towards a stable production and increased employee engagement.  We want to create a culture where LEAN is the standard way of operating, part of our culture and a tool to continuously improve our performance and deliverables. 


The position is newly established, and you will report directly to our VP of the Innovation Site, be part of the Site Leadership team, and play a key role in changing the way we work and improve our culture. You will work closely together with our leadership team and HR Business Partner and be responsible for driving improvement projects and spearhead our LEAN training at the Site. 

 

Task & responsibilities
•    Drive the development of the Site LEAN strategy and execute accordingly
•    Drive improvement projects across the Site in close collaboration with Stakeholders 
•    Coach and train leaders and employees at the shopfloor and as part of “classroom” training
•    Drive performance management and identify key metrics for continuous follow up 
•    Drive LEAN workshops across the site as part of implementing LEAN methodology
•    Participate in daily stand-up meetings when needed 

 

Qualifications
You have a proven track record within change management and extensive experience with LEAN tools and LEAN methodology. You have obtained a Masters degree or equivalent. Ideally you have experience from a Production Site, from the pharmaceutical industry or from the medical device and or pharmaceutical industry. You speak and write Danish as our daily language is Danish. You have experience with coaching leaders in LEAN at the shopfloor and know your lean tools by heart (Value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, process confirmation, performance boards etc.). You are a “people person”, good at connecting with people at all levels of the organization and have an eye for stakeholder management. You are a great inspirator and good at motivating people for change. You have strong coaching skills and good at giving feedback. You possess strong analytical skills, persistent by nature and with a “can-do-attitude”. 

 

Working at Coloplast
You will work at our Pilot Plant in Espergærde, which is the staging ground for all our large-scale production. It is where we test new initiatives, processes, and equipment before it is implemented at our full-scale production units overseas. As such, the Innovation Site is where our most cutting-edge technology and most inventive ideas are put to the test and our culture is characterised by an informal tone with very skilled people within their field of expertise.
